The CRUSH is here. All it takes is a few hot days and all of a sudden, everybody is back to work.
The Karl Lawrence Cycle team recently completed the Tour of Napa Valley. It took us six and half hours of ride time. We averaged 15.1 miles per hour. In this picture we're at the Pope Street rest stop in St. Helena. This is at mile 85. I was pretty much dog meat the rest of the way in. As my team waited for me near the finish line, I yelled out to them, "If there's no "I" in team, then how come "I" am all by myself?"
